Co-op for KraftMaid Cabinetry - 50/50 program, 2% accruals based on current year purchases
1. Get the co-op authorization letter signed, and get the vendor number - fax both sides of the letter to me.
2. Co-op available to authorized Kraftmaid accounts; dealer must sign a co-op agreement to be eligible for the co-op program.
3. Ad specs: Trademark name, logo, product illustration - no competing products.
