Flooring Study

A. Please get the co-op authorization form signed and get vendor/customer #'s for the following brands if he buys product:
1. BR-111 Hardwood Flooring - 50% co-op reimbursement program - up to a maximum of $1000 annually.
2. Congoleum - up to 50% co-op reimbursement program
3. Couristan - 4% of net purchases accrued based on prior year purchases, reimbursement varies - exclusive ads only to earn co-op
4. Forbo Flooring - minimum purchase requirement of $2500 prior is required to qualify for co-op.
5. Honeywell Anso - 75% co-op reimbursement if you use mfr ads
6. Hunter Douglas blinds - up to 50% co-op reimbursement, 4% accruals - who is the fabricator?
7. Invista Stainmaster - 100% co-op reimbursement if you use mfr ads
8. Lauren Ralph Lauren - 50% co-op reimbursement program, 5% accruals based on prior 6 mos.
B. These brands have co-op programs available thru the distributor - need distributor name & phone # and customer #
1. American Marazzi Tile - 50% co-op reimbursement program to the distributor
2. Mannington Mills - 75% reimbursement with mfr ads - who is the distributor? need name & phone # and customer #
3. Masland Carpet - 50% co-op reimbursement program, 3% accruals - minimum purchase requirement of $25,000 before funds begin to accrue. Only retailers with showrooms open to public are eligible to participate in the Masland Retail co-op advertising program.
4. Miliken Design Center - 50% co-op reimbursement program - 3% accruals based on prior 6 mo period. Dealer must have a minimum $25,000 cumulative billings per season (Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec) of residential broadlooms, area rugs and Capture to qualify for co-op.
5. Mohawk - SmartStrand Fiber Brand - has a 50% co-op reimbursement program. The rate of earnings are based on a per square yard basis and will vary by individual product. Accounts must sell a minimum of 1500 yards of products featuring Smartstrand per season to qualify. Account must enroll in the co-op program through their sales rep - The enrollment is key!! All co-op earned during one season can be used to advertise & promote Smartstrand during the subsequent season.
6. Pergo - 50% co-op reimbursement program - retailers that purchase a minimum of $15,000 in 2007 will be eligible for up to $1000 in co-op. Internet retailers are not eligible for co-op. Advertising of Pergo Everyday is not eligible.
7. Quick Step - 50% co-op reimbursement program, up to 33% accruals - prior approval is highly recommended for all advertising. Traditional Specialty retail accounts who purchase at least $25,000 every six months are eligible to participate in the co-op program. Internet advertising does not qualify, yet.
8. Shaw Industries - 50% co-op reimbursement program - 3% accruals from 01-01-07 to 06-30-07 and 07-01-07 to 12-31-07. Performance period is 07/01-03/31 and 01/01/08 - 09/30/08. For carpet, laminate, hardwood, ceramic and rugs. Participating dealers must have prior season (Jan-Jun, Jul-Dec) total net purchases of $50,000 or more of qualifying styles to earn co-op - each qualifying flooring category counts toward the $50,000 requirement. Dealer members of buying groups are not eligible. Again enrollment is the key!!! Dealers will begin to accrue funds on the first day of the following month after the enrollment is received. Exclusive ads only.
C. These brands have questionable negotiable programs arranged thru the mfr sales rep when an ad proposal is presented:

D. These brands do not have co-op programs available:
