Ace Paint & Hardware co-op

Mike Kantor our TPMA speaker at the recent Inland Co-op conference mentioned that Ace is dismantling their co-op department. I'd heard that...but hadn't experienced any problems until today.

I e-mailed our local Ace dealer's individual ad for co-op pre-approval this morning...to Joann McCarthy at CoAms jmccarthy@coams.com. She sent me back a message saying that Co-AMs no longer pre-approves Ace co-op ads.

Jeff Lapides in the "Co-op Advertising Dept" at 630-990-1478 said that all this has been split up and co-op needs to be pre-proved and claimed through the individual brand.
