1. To research co-op dollars for KTM Motorcycles– get the co-op authorization letter signed and the vendor number.
2. Ads must be exclusive; official KTM logo, product illustration, product brand name; only suggested retail prices. ATV advertising or promotions showing pictures of the ATV must contain the following disclaimer info to be eligible: -450xc & 525xc should only be operated by experienced riders age 16 years & older (all photo) – Professional rider on closed course (if an action photo of ATV is shown)
3. Mfr will match the dealer’s ad insertion and placement expense up to the maximum allowance earned based on total unit sales purchases:
units purchased maximum co-op 12-19 $1000
20-39 $2000
40-59 $3500
60-99 $5000
100+ $7000
4. Online advertising: must be exclusive; same requirements as #2 above.
